At Akshithara Jewels, we are committed to delivering our products in excellent condition. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

No Refund Policy

All purchases made from Akshithara Jewels are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as:

Change of mind
Incorrect product selection by the customer
Personal preference
Size, color, or design expectations (unless the delivered item differs from the order)

Damaged Product Claims

A refund will only be considered if the product is received in a damaged condition due to shipping.

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet all of the following conditions:

Contact us on the same day you receive the package.
Provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video that clearly shows:
- The sealed package before opening (360° view).
- The entire unboxing process without any cuts, pauses, or edits.
- The damaged product inside the package.
The video must clearly demonstrate that the damage occurred before or during delivery and was not caused after the package was opened.

Claims submitted without a complete, unedited unboxing video or after the same day of delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Approval

If your claim is verified and approved by Akshithara Jewels, we will process the refund using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
